How much does a new fence cost?
Fence cost depends on the material, total length, ground conditions, and number of gates. The most accurate way to price a job is to contact us and have us come out to the site to measure the exact distances and see what terrain challenges, if any, there are. We can then give you an accurate quote.
Do I need a permit to build a fence in Powell River?
No — a standard residential fence does not require a permit in Powell River. Height and placement bylaws can still apply, so check with the qathet Regional District or City of Powell River if you’re unsure.
Do you serve Texada Island?
Yes. We take ferry- and barge-dependent jobs to Texada Island and remote properties regularly, and plan the work around the schedule.
How is chain link priced?
Like all our fences, chain link is priced with a quick on-site measure so we can account for terrain and access. Start with the quote form or give Jon a call.
How long does a new fence take to install?
Most residential fences take a few days on site once we start, depending on the length, the ground conditions, and the number of gates. We give you a timeframe with the quote and, for ferry-dependent jobs to Texada or remote properties, plan the work around the sailing schedule.
